Eva Anna Boore, 92, of Lonaconing died Saturday, December 26, 2015 at Frostburg Village Nursing Home, Frostburg.  Born in Beans Cove, PA she was the daughter of the late Charlie Bridges and Anna (Robinette) Bridges.

She was preceded in death by her husband Henry Irvin Boore on August 22, 2013, a grandson Aaron Martin, two sisters Mildred Bridges and Maxine Fritz, a brother Theodore Bridges and his wife Johnny and three brothers-in-law Eldrin Fritz, Ronnie Twigg and Edward Poling.

Eva was a member of Midland Grace United Methodist Church where she part of the Methodist Women’s Society. For a short time she had worked at Kelly Springfield Tire Co., where she made ammunition during the war. She was a good mother, grandmother and great-grandmother to all of her family.

She is survived by  three daughters, Louise Bohn and husband John, Jane Fogg and Elaine Martin and husband Jim; one son, Robert Boore and wife Sandra; ten grandchildren; twenty-five great-grandchildren; a brother, Charles Bridges and wife Shirley; a sister, Louise Twigg and numerous nieces and nephews.

Family and friends will be received at the Wilhelm-Eakin Funeral Home, P.A., Midland on Tuesday, December 29, 2015 from 2-4 PM and 7-9PM. A funeral service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday, December 30, 2015 at 11:00 AM with Rev. Daniel Montague officiating. Interment will be held at Sunset Memorial Park, Cumberland.

How lucky I was to live next door. Your mom was like a second mom to me. We lived in a great neighborhood with really good people. So many good memories... You guys are in my thoughts and prayers.
