Rest easy uncle Whiz. Growing up in the 60's. and 70's I had not only my older Brother Jamie looking out for me, but also uncle Walter, and you. Say hello to Dad, and the rest of the Foote Clan. You will be missed.

I am so sorry to hear of Whiz passing away. You have my deepest condolences. He was a good friend even thought I have not been to Coney to visit him much. We ran around together when he and I was in the Navy and after we got out until I had to move here in Hyattsville. His passing is so hard for me to take. I will miss him.

I just saw the notice of Whiz's passing today. My condolences. Who would have believed he would outlive them all with his heart problems? Now he has joined his brothers at Rocky Gap. Thinking of and praying for the Foote family. Love, Sandra
