Mildred Ann Jacobs, 87, of Buskirk Hollow Road, Gilmore died Tuesday, May 17, 2011 at Western Maryland Regional Medical Center, Cumberland. Born April 29, 1924 in Barrelsville she was the daughter of the late Gilbert Emmerick and Lillian (Loar) Emmerick.
 
She was preceded in death by her two husbands, Everett Lewis Llewellyn and E. Vincent Jacobs, two daughters, Diana Bowman and Corrina J. Stott, three brothers and 4 sisters.
 
Mildred was a member of St. Josephs Catholic Church, Midland. She enjoyed helping with bingo at St. Josephs Hall, Midland Vol. Fire Co. and Shaft Vol. Fire Co. She also took part in the games and played bingo at various locations in the area. Her hobbies also including visiting casinos, she loved her time spent there.
 
She is survived by her daughters, Carol Ann Crowe and husband Albert of Frostburg, Lorraine Guthrie and husband George of Rawlings, Janet Royer and husband Larry of Ohio and Tammy Wilkinson and husband John of Westernport; seventeen grandchildren, Theodore Scott, Richard Scott, Jr., Albert Crowe, Jr., Kimberly Dixon, Julie Crowe, Sherry Kyle, Denise Troutman, Shane Sloan, Jonnille Morrissey, Michele McGowan, Steffanee Friend, Vicki Wharton, George Guthrie, Jr., Dawn Etta Groves, Chad Wilkinson, Christie Dodrill and Tammy Haines; many great-grandchildren and three great-great-grandchildren; two sisters, Genevieve Pancho of Illinois and Vivian Owl of Florida; numerous nieces and nephews and the Jacobs family stepchildren. 
 
 
 Family and Friends will be received at the Eichhorn-McKenzie Funeral Home P.A. (www.eichhornmckenzie.com), Midland on Saturday, May 21, 2011 from Noon - 3 PM. A funeral service will take place at the funeral home immediately following at 3:00 PM with Deacon Willard F. Passauer II, officiating. Interment will be held at Frostburg Memorial Park, Frostburg.
 
In lieu of flowers memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association at  P.O Box 2680, North Canton, OH 44720 in honor of Mildred's family members who have suffered and who have lost their lives to this disease. Memorial donations may also be made to the Midland Vol. Fire Co. at P.O. Box 53, Midland, MD 21542.  Memorial envelopes will be available at the funeral home.
 
Pallbearers will be grandsons Travis Kyle, Shane Sloan, Chad Wilkinson, Albert Crowe, Jr., George Guthrie, Jr., Roy Troutman, III, Ben Dixon and Zach Troutman.
The family would like to give a special thanks to Dr. Khanna, Dr. Mahal, Dr. Zuman  and the Western Maryland Regional Medical Center emergency room and 5th floor staff for the excellent care provided to Mildred.
A special thanks is also extended to the Midland Fire Hall and the Midland Vol. Fire Co. Ladies Auxiliary.

Our thoughts and prayer go out to you all. She was a very specail lady and I will always remember her helping any one that she could. She would always make you laugh when ever she was around you. She alway spoke her mind always. Love you and miss you always.

Aunt Buck you will be truly missed, I love you so much, Being my Grandma''s Twin, I have always felt so close to you... (you both were so much a like) This is such a great loss... You were always so funny, loveling and a joy to be around. I''m so grateful for Tammy bringing you to the party, we just had.. You looked great!
My prayers are with your family, your children, and grandchildren.. May you rest in peace now...
